Welcome to TixFlow
Everything an organiser needs to get started — from registration to your first ticket sale.
What is TixFlow
TixFlow is a ticketing platform built for event organisers. You focus on the event; we handle the operational complexity — payment processing, ticket delivery to buyers, and tools for door control.
Buyers don't need an account — they purchase as guests and receive their ticket by email.
Quick Start
Three steps to get going:
- Create an account — Account Setup
- Connect Stripe — Stripe Connect Guide
- Create your first event — Creating an Event
Once done, your ticket page is live and sales revenue goes directly to your Stripe account.

FAQ
How much does TixFlow cost?
The platform is free for organisers. A small TixFlow service fee and Stripe processing fee are automatically added to the ticket price for buyers — or you can absorb them yourself. See Fees & Commissions.
Do buyers need a TixFlow account?
No. Buyers check out as guests, providing only their email. The ticket arrives by email immediately after payment.
When do I receive my sales revenue?
Funds land in your Stripe account on Stripe's standard payout schedule (typically 1–3 business days). TixFlow never holds or delays your money. See Payouts & Statuses.
Can I sell free tickets without Stripe?
Yes. Stripe is only required for paid events. You can publish free events without a connected Stripe account.
How do I invite someone to scan tickets at the door?
Go to the Team section of your event, or the organiser-level Scanner settings. See Scanner Access Management.
