With the built-in venue builder, you can design seating charts with rows of seats (for theaters, concert halls, and conferences) as well as table layouts (for stand-up clubs, VIP booths, and gala dinners), or combine them with standing general admission. Using the seating chart builder is completely free, and TixFlow never charges extra fees or double credits for seated tickets.
How do automated price waves work for general admission?
When configuring your ticket tiers, you can set start and end dates along with a ticket quota for each wave. As soon as the scheduled time arrives, your event page switches to the next release automatically.
Does TixFlow charge a fee for guest list invites or free tickets?
No. Issuing free tickets and digital guest list invitations is completely free (€0) and does not require a connected Stripe account. Platform fees only apply to paid tickets, and your first paid event also runs with a 0% TixFlow fee.
Can I edit quotas, change prices, or add new ticket tiers after sales start?
Yes. You can adjust capacities, update prices, pause a tier, or add a new ticket release at any time from your dashboard, and changes appear on your event page immediately.
