How to validate tickets using the TixFlow scanner.
Getting Started
The TixFlow scanner is a powerful tool available directly in your browser or as a mobile app that allows you to validate tickets at your event entrance.
Accessing the Scanner
You can access the scanner by navigating to the Scanner page from your dashboard or directly visiting the scanner URL.

Device Requirements
Any modern smartphone or tablet with a camera and internet connection. Ensure you have granted camera permissions.
How it works

Select Event
Choose the event you are currently checking in attendees for.

Scan QR Code
Point your camera at the attendee's ticket QR code. The scanner will instantly validate the ticket.
Ticket Statuses
Valid
Valid Ticket: The attendee can enter.
Used
Used Ticket: This ticket has already been scanned.
Invalid
Invalid Ticket: The ticket does not belong to this event.
Troubleshooting
- If the camera doesn't start, check your browser permissions.
- The scanner requires an active internet connection to validate tickets against the server.
