How to set up your logo, brand colours, and social links for ticket design and email communications.
Why Set Up Branding
Your organiser branding is applied at every point of contact with the buyer:
- The PDF tickets buyers receive
- Order confirmation emails
- Your organiser profile page on TixFlow
The more recognisable your style, the more professional your events look.
Where to Find the Settings
Portal → Branding
Logo
Upload your organisation's logo. Recommendations:
- Format: PNG or SVG with a transparent background
- Minimum size: 400×400 px
- Square formats look best
The logo appears in the PDF ticket header, in buyer emails, and in Google and Apple Wallet passes.
Brand Colours
Set the three colours of your brand:

Colours are entered in HEX format (for example #FF5733). You can also pick a colour with the built-in colour picker.
Tip: use colours with good contrast so tickets stay readable when printed.
Social Links
Add links to your social media pages: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, your website. They appear on your public organiser page.
Background Image
An optional background image for your profile page. We recommend a high-quality horizontal photo (at least 1200×400 px).
When Changes Take Effect
Branding changes apply to new orders. PDF tickets that have already been issued are not regenerated automatically — if you need to update existing tickets, contact support.

Where does the buyer see the logo?
The logo appears in the PDF ticket header, in the order confirmation email, and in Google and Apple Wallet passes. It is not shown on the event page itself.
Can I use different branding for different events?
No. Branding is set at the organiser level and applies to all of that organiser's events.
What format do I enter colours in?
HEX format: #RRGGBB. You can also use the built-in colour picker on the settings page.
Will colour changes affect tickets already issued?
No. PDF tickets that have already been created are not updated. New orders will use the current branding.
