Promoter ticket sales with a commission on every ticket

Onboard DJs, influencers, and club ambassadors and set their commission — TixFlow counts who brought how many guests, how many tickets they sold, and what you owe each of them.

Onboard a promoter team with transparent commission tracking

Everything is built right into your box office — no third-party affiliate software or manual spreadsheets required.

  1. Invitations & rates

Three ways to invite promoters and flexible commission rules

Invite a specific person by email, give access to a single event only, or share an invitation link with a commission percentage — people join through it on their own, with no manual approval. Each promoter's rate can be changed later: a percentage or a fixed amount per ticket, as a default or for one specific event.

  2. Promoter dashboard

Personal links, QR codes, and promo codes without access to your account

Promoters sign up themselves and work in their own dashboard at tixflow.org/promoter: they grab their event link and print QR code, create extra links per social channel, see the personal promo codes you gave them, and track their clicks, tickets, and commission.

  3. Fair rules & privacy

Clear commission rules and strict data privacy

Promoters never see your total event revenue or buyer details. Commission is calculated on paid online orders from the ticket price after discounts (excluding VAT and fees), locked in at payment, and cancelled automatically on refund. Orders a promoter places with their own email are flagged so you notice them.

  4. Direct payouts

A shared balance and direct payouts — 0% TixFlow cut

You and the promoter see the same numbers per currency: earned, cancelled by refunds, paid, and the remaining balance. Pay by bank transfer or cash and record it in the table, or — once the promoter has connected Stripe — pay by card or SEPA straight into their Stripe account. Money never passes through TixFlow.

TixFlow counts every promoter's sales

You see who brought how many guests — no manual reports and no arguments after the party.

  • Analytics

    Who brought how many guests

Visits through a promoter's links (bots excluded), orders, tickets, and conversion. Compare and export to CSV in Analytics → Promoters.

  • 30 days

A purchase a few days later still counts

A promoter's link is remembered for 30 days if the guest accepts marketing cookies. The last click wins, and a personal promo code beats any click.

  • Print QR code

A promoter QR code for flyers and posters

A PNG or SVG QR code for every promoter link. A scan counts as a visit, so flyers show up in the stats too.

  • Orders

    Every order is labelled

The orders list shows which promoter each order came through.

Questions about promoters

How sales are attributed, commission is calculated, and payouts work.

Does a promoter still get credit if a buyer clicks their link and buys a ticket days later?

Yes. If the visitor accepted marketing cookies, the promoter's link is remembered for 30 days. The sale and commission go to the promoter whose link was clicked last before checkout, and a promoter's personal promo code beats any click.

Can promoters see my event revenue or buyer names and emails?

No. Promoters only see their own clicks, orders, ticket counts, and commission in their dashboard. Your overall revenue and buyers' personal data are never visible to them.

Which sales earn commission, and what happens when an order is refunded?

Only paid online orders earn commission, calculated on the ticket price after discounts (excluding VAT and fees) at the rate in force at the moment of payment. Door sales, Tap to Pay, the guest list, and free orders earn nothing. A refund cancels the commission automatically; if it was already paid out, the overpayment is covered by future commission.

How do I pay promoters, and does TixFlow take a fee from their commission?

Money never passes through TixFlow, and we take 0% of promoter commissions. You pay promoters directly: by bank transfer or cash recorded in the payouts table, or — once the promoter has connected Stripe — by card or SEPA straight into their Stripe account. Contracts, invoices, and taxes stay between you and the promoter.
