Everything you need to know about setting up events, managing payments, and using TixFlow.

Account Setup & Organiser Profile

How to register, create your organiser profile, and configure it before your first event.

Registration

You can sign up for TixFlow in two ways:

  • Email and password — enter your email, choose a password, and confirm your address via email
  • Google account — one-click sign-in, no password needed

After your first sign-in, the system creates your User account. This is your personal account and can be linked to multiple organiser profiles.

Creating Your Organiser Profile

After registering, create your organiser profile. This is the public page buyers see when browsing your events.

Name and URL

Enter your organisation or brand name. Choose a unique URL, for example tixflow.org/org/my-rock-club.

Contact Details

Add a public phone number if you want buyers to be able to contact you directly. You can hide it in settings at any time.

Brand Personalisation

Set up your visual identity right after creating your profile — it will be applied to PDF tickets, buyer emails, and your event pages.

Logo

Upload your organiser logo. Recommended format: PNG or SVG with transparent background, minimum size 400×400 px.

Brand Colours

Set primary, secondary, and accent colours. These are used in ticket design and email communications. More details in Organiser Branding.

Connecting Stripe

To sell paid tickets, you need to connect Stripe Connect. Without it, you can only publish free events.

Stripe is a separate service — sales revenue goes directly to your Stripe account, bypassing TixFlow. Stripe Setup Guide.

Multiple Organiser Profiles

One User account can manage multiple organiser profiles — useful if you work with different brands or organisations. Switch between profiles using the dropdown in the portal header.

FAQ

What's the difference between Google sign-in and email sign-in?
Functionally, nothing. Google is faster — no password or email confirmation needed. Email sign-in is useful if you prefer not to link a Google account.

Can I change my organiser URL after creating it?
Yes, as long as the new URL isn't already taken by another organiser. Note that any existing links to your profile will stop working after the change.

Can multiple people manage the same organiser profile?
Yes. You can invite colleagues as editors at the organiser or event level. See Event Team.

Do I need to set up Stripe straight away?
No. You can create a profile and publish free events without Stripe. It's only required for accepting ticket payments.

Where are the branding settings?
In the portal: Branding section. More in Organiser Branding.
