Managing Orders
How to view, search, and handle ticket orders across all of your events.
The Orders Section
The Orders section in the portal gives you the full picture of every purchase across all your events in one place. Here you can find a specific buyer, check payment status, review order details, and resend a ticket email.
Path: Portal → Orders
What the List Shows
For each order you can see:
- The event name
- The buyer's name and email
- The purchase date
- The order amount and the organiser payout
- The promo code applied (if any)
- The order status

Resending the Ticket Email
If a buyer didn't receive their ticket email or accidentally deleted it, click "Resend" in the order card. The email with the PDF ticket is sent to the buyer's address again.
Exporting Orders
Click "Export" to download all orders as a CSV file. The file includes:
- Buyer details (name, email)
- Order details (event, ticket type, amount, status, date)
- Financial data (payout, fees, discounts)
The export is handy for accounting, tax reporting, or reconciling against your Stripe data.
FAQ
Can I view orders for just one event?
Yes. Use the "By event" filter, or go to the event itself → the "Orders" tab.
A buyer says they didn't get their ticket. What do I do?
Open their order in the Orders section and click "Resend". The email goes to the address given at purchase. Also ask the buyer to check their spam folder.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Process cancellations and refunds through the Stripe Dashboard. TixFlow automatically updates the order status once the refund is confirmed. See Refunds & Disputes.
Are free orders shown?
Yes. Free tickets also create orders with "Paid" status and an amount of 0.
Does the export include only the current filters or all orders?
The export includes all orders available in the current view, respecting the filters you've selected.
