Connecting with Stripe

Learn how TixFlow partners with Stripe to provide secure, instant payouts for your events.

Why Stripe?

TixFlow uses Stripe Connect to handle payments. This ensures that:

    Security: We never touch your sensitive financial data.
    Speed: Receive payouts directly to your bank account.
    Compliance: Automatic handling of KYC and anti-money laundering regulations.
    Transparency: Clear reporting on all transactions.

How it works

When a customer buys a ticket, the payment is processed securely by Stripe.

TixFlow automatically deducts platform fees at the time of transaction, so the remaining balance in your Stripe account is fully yours.

Setup Guide

Go to Dashboard

Log in to TixFlow and navigate to your Organizer Portal -> Home. You will see an Organizer element with a yellow warning "Stripe is not connected" and a button "Connect Stripe".

Start Onboarding

Click the 'Connect with Stripe' button. You will be redirected to Stripe's secure hosted page.

Verify Identity

Follow the prompts to enter your business details and bank account information. This is required for compliance (KYC).

Start Selling

Once verified, you'll be redirected back to TixFlow. Your events are now ready to accept payments!

Important Note on First Payouts

For your first payout, Stripe may take 7-14 days to verify your account. Subsequent payouts are typically processed on a rolling 2-day basis, depending on your country and bank policies.
