"Built by People Like Us" — How NØCT Events Replaced BLIK With Real Ticketing Across Poland

Before TixFlow, NØCT Events sold tickets the Polish way — by BLIK, a bank transfer through a phone number. It worked for one party at a time. The problem: BLIK leaves you with a bank statement full of phone numbers. Matching each transfer to an Instagram handle, then building a door list by hand — it's a nightmare the moment you're running two events at once.
"Before TixFlow, we were selling tickets via Blik — bank transfers via phone number," says Salif Yattara. "It made it impossible to organize two parties in different cities at the same time."
After their first 200 tickets on the platform, that constraint is gone.
One system for every event, no matter where
Running two simultaneous events in different cities meant two separate payment flows, two manual lists, two sets of uncertainty. There was no clean way to know who paid for which event, or to verify anything at the door.
With TixFlow, every event has its own ticket types and purchase flow. Salif's team can run parties in Warsaw and Poznań on the same weekend without the chaos.
No more manual lists at the door
Before, every paid entrance had to be tracked by hand — someone writing down names, someone checking phone confirmations. It was slow and easy to fake.
"It eliminated the need to create manual guest lists," Salif explains. "Ticket verification at the entrance is now much faster and more secure."
QR codes on every ticket. One scan, immediate confirmation. No disputes, no confusion.
Guest list — their most-used feature
NØCT Events runs exclusive parties. Managing VIPs and special guests is part of the job. TixFlow's guest list feature handles exactly that — separate ticket types for invited guests, managed from the organizer dashboard.
"The guest list for our special guests is the one we use the most," Salif says.
Fee control: the organizer decides
One detail stood out when NØCT Events evaluated TixFlow.
"The option to choose whether to absorb the Stripe and app fees or pass them on to the customer is a fantastic feature," Salif says.
Some events absorb the fee. Others pass it to buyers. That flexibility — rare among ticketing platforms — is now a standard part of how NØCT Events prices their events.
Would they recommend it?
"I would highly recommend TixFlow. It was clearly built by people who have encountered the same challenges as event organizers. It includes all the essential functionality."
No subscription. Free for organizers. And the team behind it has been in the same rooms, dealt with the same BLIK screenshots, and built the tool they wished they'd had.
